Created by Jared Earle as a way to try to get advertising revenue to help pay for his server. It's free to use. If you're wondering why I bothered with the amount of URL shorteners out there, this one has a 6-character domain-name, making it even smaller. It's perfect for Twitter.
Some people prefer to do the coding first, but I prefer to let the form dictate the code. The page is written by hand in Coda.. The back end is PHP/MySQL and the site is hosted at cat5.org
Feel free to start using the site, but it's still sort of beta. I got rid of the skyscraper ad on the right because it broke the nice viewport on iPhones.
tw3: pretentious new verb made up meaning to reduce a URL to tweetable lengths. I doubt any twitter users will ever catch themselves using the word, but it's not web 2.0 unless it's got a silly name. So, tw3 it here! It's the 703rd most popular URL shortener on Twitter.
